As mentioned, scenarios are often accompanied by a set of tasks that you are required to complete as the user. These tasks (assessment) are made available in the Questions tab:
Note the following about the various tasks (questions):
- Tasks have a set limit of attempts(1) that can be made, once the limit is reached, the question is locked.
- Tasks have a given score point(2) that is awarded, should the submission be correct. In Some cases, a penalty score can be deducted if the submission is incorrect.
- Tasks are mapped to the NIST NICE Competence Framework.
- Tasks can be submitted or completed in any order, though purely contextual, as some tasks may require you to have prior knowledge of the previous task in the series.
- Some scenarios may contain task grouping:
- This grouping allows a user to focus on tasks in a topical fashion.
- Tasks have categories, these are the sub-headings underneath the question title:
These categories highlight a specific subject/domain/area the given task is assessing.
Correct or Incorrect submissions will be alerted on the submission window:
Upon submission of various tasks, the Score tab fills up with relevant score markings:
This tab will showcase the following:
- Overall score attained so far:
- Task score:
- Scores per category:
- Timeline of submissions:
- Competences Mapped as per the NIST NICE Competence Framework
