The goal system is part of the account profile details in My Account that enables users to set up custom objectives they would like to meet, as they engage with the platform:
Users can follow the setup wizard when defining a goal, the goal can be based of a Work Role or Competency (NIST NICE):
Either of the choices will then lead to the user choosing the Item they are interested in (Multiple Items can be selected):
Note: Hover mouse on item, then select the CHOOSE to select item or REMOVE to remove a selected item.
Once chosen, the final stage would be to define the details about the goal:
Once the goal name, target date and descriptions are provided, the user can the CREATE GOAL to finalize the process:
