To set up an account on the platform, navigate to the registration page of the main App: Note that the registration page of the main App in a hosted or on-premises deployment will be at https://app.<your_domain>.cyberranges.com/register. Thus, ensure that you are performing the steps below on the correct portal.
In this guide, we will be using our public SaaS platform, which is available at https://app.cyberranges.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your deployment has User Registration and/or Email Notifications disabled, please reach out to your platform Administrator to be provided with an account. For Admins, the actions taken to create an account are discussed in the Admin Guide.
Registering
To register an account, navigate to the platform, and click on the REGISTER button: (PS: If you need support with an account, click the Need Support? (1) Option)
Once on the register form, take note of the following:
There are only three required fields: Username(1), Email(2), and Confirmation of Email(3).
The Promo Code(4) field is not required, and as such, only provide input if you have a promo code to redeem.
Before submitting your registration, please ensure you go through our terms and conditions(5) and check the checkbox(5).
If all looks good, then click Register(6)
IMPORTANT NOTE: about the Username, the following rules apply to usernames:
Username must have a minimum of 6 characters.
Username must not start with a number.
Username can have uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and an underscore (_).
Completing registration
After clicking the register button, you will get the following prompt:
However, the account has not been created yet. To complete the registration, look for the confirmation email sent to the email that was provided during registration.
The email will be sent from info@cyberranges.com and will contain a link within the email that you can follow to verify your account and complete the registration process
To complete your registration process, you will be required to provide the following information:
First and Last Name
Gender
Interest Area - use the drop-down list provided
Country of residence
Password – refer to the password rules highlighted on the page.

Once you provide the above, click on the SUBMIT option to complete the registration process.
If user registration is disabled, kindly contact Support via email or reach out to your system administrator for assistance.
