Roles
To get a clear understanding of the roles assigned to your account, check the section labeled "Roles." The range supports multiple user roles. Each of these roles serve a unique function, however, by default, all users are assigned the USER role, which is the most basic role. The following table summarizes the various roles on the platform:

Organization
If your account is part of an Organization on the platform, details about the organization will be displayed here.
Note: This is not the organization dashboard.
Scenario History
This will showcase the list of scenarios you have interacted with before. While at this page, you can also view your past expired sessions.
Account Settings
Under the "Account Settings," you can modify various details about your account. In this window, you will have access to manage the following:
- Profile Information: Modify your first and last name, as well as your country of residence.
- Messages: Enable (user,system,email).
- Privacy Settings: Adjust these settings to suit your preferences.
- Users: Manage block users and manage blocked users.
- Communication Preferences: Opt-in or opt-out of our marketing and other email campaigns/notifications.
Important Note: Always remember to SAVE PREFERENCES any changes made.
Subscriptions
This page will list down the subscriptions that are actively linked to your account. Clicking on a given subscription will open a modal page with details of the various scenarios/playlists contained in the subscription.
Progression
This page provides an overview of your progress across scenarios you've engaged with on the range. Here, you’ll find:
- Total points earned and points needed to reach the next level
- Performance summary across completed tasks
- Progress within the designated competence framework
- Activity trends over time
- Types of scenarios you’ve played
- Categories of scenarios you’ve explored
Goals
On this page, you’ll find details of the goals you’ve set for yourself, including your selected work role, goal progression, and time remaining to achieve each goal. You can also edit or remove goals as needed. Find more details here.
Updating profile picture
To update your profile picture, follow these steps:
- Go to 'My Account' in the left pane menu.
- Click on the pencil icon positioned beside your current profile picture to access the editing options.
- Choose the desired profile image, which can be selected from the available avatars in the avatar gallery.
- Once you've made your selection, don't forget to click on the SAVE button to apply and save the changes to your profile.
